Jesse spearheads CMI’s Live Events division, connecting artists across Canada with paid performance opportunities. He also leads curation efforts for CMI’s core professional development programs.

Kate assists in the design and execution of all CMI's core and custom professional development programming. She ensures that all CMI’s programs run smoothly and are providing impactful development opportunities to any artist or manager that comes through our doors.

Kyle assists in the planning and execution of all activities connected to CMI’s Live Event division and all other logistical needs of the organization

Taija's role of Digital Marketing Manager tasks her with assisting the team in the development and maintenance of our marketing initiatives, social spaces and online communities.

As CMI Programs Manager, Gianna contributes to the ongoing development and execution of all core and custom professional development programs. Gianna’s journey with CMI began as a participant in the Artist Manager program.
Sara Gomez
CMI Live Coordinator
Sara assists in supporting the execution of all CMI Live programs including Courtyard Concerts, Play The Parks, TD Music at Union Station, and many more. Sara just graduated from the Music Business Administration program at Durham College (2023) and previously ran her own concerts and production company in her native Colombia.
Erica Charles
CMI Programs Coordinator
Supporting the CMI Programs Managers, Erica assists in coordinating all core and custom programming for CMI. A graduate of the Music Industry Arts program at Fanshawe College, Erica is passionate about artist development and outreach in the Canadian music scene. She first connected with CMI during their 2023 London Music Accelerator Program in support of two indie-rock bands she is presently managing under her self-directed initiative, Embolden Arts Management. A vocalist of over twenty years, Erica has an extensive background in music both on and off the stage. She has experience in artist management, grant-writing, community engagement, and digital marketing, and holds a Master’s degree in Drama, Theatre, and Performance Studies from the University of Toronto.
