One day? One week? Long-term? We do it all! We collaborate with industry organizations and all levels of government across Canada to support artist and manager development by creating and delivering Custom Programs, Bootcamps and Webinars
CMI is your one-stop professional development solution. Whether it’s one week, one day, one-hour, ongoing, small groups, one-one-one, large events, in-person or virtual, we collaborate with you to develop and deliver customized programs specific to the needs of your artists, members and music sector community.
CMI also provides marketing support, application management, a post-program report and access to ongoing mentorship.

BOOTCAMPS & ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS
CMI Bootcamps are two-day (usually weekends) customized experiences that travel to you with a team of mentors to provide professional development for up to 15 people. Bootcamps are available in two formats: Artist Entrepreneur or Artist Manager and include group and one-on-one training.
As an alternative to Bootcamps, CMI also offers 60-minute one-on-one meetings. Multiple CMI mentors will travel to you to conduct as many meetings as requested or as time permits over two or more days.
CMI will also provide marketing support, application management, a post-program report and access to ongoing mentorship.

PRESENTATIONS & WEBINARS
Program Information: CMI is regularly invited/hired to host workshops, webinars and present at in-person or virtual music industry events across Canada. CMI’s expertise covers all aspects of the music industry. So, pick the important topic(s) for your members/audience and tell us how much time we have. We’ll take care of the rest. We’re also very willing to create a presentation specific to your event/conference.
We especially love doing one-on-ones as an extension of events/conferences. If you don’t ask us to do any, we’re going to ask you!
